Bus Ticket Package

• Applicable to stays from now until 31 December 2024.
• Offer must be made through the Hotel and is subject to availability upon request.
• The lunch buffet is only available during the stay period (including the check-out date), and are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Fixed Hong Kong-Macau Express bus schedule are subject to availability. Reservations will be confirmed via phone or email once the guest has made a reservation. No changes or cancellations will be accommodated after confirmation.
• The Hong Kong-Macau Express ticket must be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Seat availability cannot be guaranteed if confirmation is not completed within the designated time frame.

• All rates are based on single or double occupancy. The maximum number of registered persons in any room is 3 adults (a supplement charge will be applied to the third guest for accommodation and such supplement charge does not include any other package benefits) or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants using the room for any period of time may result in an over-occupancy charge being levied.
• For children under 12 years old, residence in one room with adults is free of charge.
• The official check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any early check-in or late check-out request is subject to the Hotel's availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Early check-in is subject to pre-booking one night in advance at the full day’s Flexible Rate.
• Late check-out is subject to 50% of one night’s Flexible Rate up to 6:00 p.m., or a full day’s Flexible Rate after 6:00 p.m.
• Guests may be required to present the original credit card used in the reservation upon check-in for verification purposes. The Hotel reserves the right to reject guests who check in without presenting the original credit card with the designated signature.
• All guests must provide a valid passport or government-issued ID card at check-in for verification and security purposes.
• Any special requests are subject to the Hotel's availability upon check-in, and may incur an additional charge.
• Smoking is prohibited inside non-smoking rooms. The registered guest shall be liable for a fine of up to MOP2,500 for smoking in a designated non-smoking room or if we find any evidence or believe that any of the guests have been smoking in any non-smoking room (including smells, cigarettes, and cigarette butts in the room).
• A maximum of one sofa bed can be arranged with advance notice, subject to an additional charge and availability (Only applicable to reservations at Grand Lisboa Palace); a maximum of one extra bed can be arranged with advance notice, subject to an additional charge and availability. (Only applicable to reservations at THE KARL LAGERFELD and not applicable for every room types).
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room, a parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under the age of 18.
• The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain falsified or incomplete information or contain or result from a mistake or error.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, gift certificates or vouchers.
• This offer is not applicable for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by guests as a result of any reservation cancellation.
• The Hotel shall not be responsible or liable for errors in reservation details provided by the booker.
• This policy is a non-exhaustive list of reservation policies upheld by the Hotel. We reserve the right to add, alter, or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules as and when we deem it necessary.

Ferry Ticket Package

• Applicable to stays from 10 June 2024.
• Offer requires a reservation three days in advance.
• Offer must be made through the Hotel in advance and is subject to availability upon request.
• The Hotel shall offer, at its sole discretion, alternatives in the event it is not possible to provide breakfast services due to changed circumstances.
• The breakfast is only available during the stay, and is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This package includes two round-trip Economy Classs Hong Kong-Macau TurboJET Ferry Tickets (Two tickets departure from Hong Kong to Macau and two tickets departure from Macau to Hong Kong) additional charges will be incurred for additional guests.
• The TurboJET Ferry tickets will be issued under the registered guest name.
• Guests can redeem TurboJET tickets 24 hours after booking the package, and must do so in advance of the check-in date. Failure to do so in advance will be considered invalid. The ferry on board time for TurboJET tickets are also subject to availability.
• TurboJET Ferry tickets can be redeemed at SJM Hong Kong Customer Service Counter, Shun Tak Centre, 200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Guests are required to provide the same identity information as used for the room reservation. For ferry enquiry, please contact +852 3690 2388 (during opening hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, Monday to Sunday).
• Guests need to present their ID card for ferry ticket redemption. If the ferry ticket cannot be used during valid period, SJM will not be liable for any responsibility.
• Guests should be aware of the boarding time and embarkation point. SJM will not accept late arrivals and shall be relieved of any responsibility if passengers do not board the ferry on time.
• No amendment or cancellation will be accepted for the promotion. The non-refundable advance payment will be forfeited for any cancellation or no-show.
• The TurboJET Ferry Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash nor replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Shared Limousine Package

• The shared Limousine schedules are subject to availability. Reservations will be confirmed via phone or email once the guest has made a reservation. No changes or cancellations will be accommodated after confirmation.
• The shared Limousine must be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Seat availability cannot be guaranteed if confirmation is not completed within the designated time frame.

• Guest required to transfer to another vehicle during the journey, and the estimated transfer time is approximately 2 minutes. The shared Limousine is a seven-seater model, accommodating a maximum of six passengers.
• This package includes double occupancy of the shared Limousine. Additional charges will be incurred for additional guest. Guests are required to contact the hotel's reservation department in advance to check seat availability and complete the necessary payment. For further information, please contact +853 8881 8000.
• Additional guest charges are calculated on a per-person basis and are the same regardless of age, including infants and children.
• Guests must possess valid travel documents. In the event of any issues with the documents resulting in the inability to pass through immigration or causing travel delays, the staff reserves the right to decline carriage to avoid inconvenience to other passengers. Please note that ticket refunds cannot be processed in such cases.
• The ticket number does not correspond to a specific seat number. Guests are requested to follow the instructions of the staff regarding seating arrangements.
• Each guest is permitted to bring one piece of large baggage and one piece of carry-on baggage without any additional charge.
  • The maximum weight limit for large baggage is 10 kilograms, with a maximum size of 55 cm x 45 cm x 20 cm (approximately 22 inches x 18 inches x 8 inches).
  • The maximum size limit for carry-on baggage is 37.5 cm x 25 cm x 15 cm (approximately 15 inches x 10 inches x 6 inches).
  • If the baggage exceeds the specified size or weight limits mentioned above, the staff reserves the right to decline carriage. Please note that ticket refunds cannot be processed in such cases.
• Guests who meet the following criteria can enjoy the convenience of not disembarking at Macau checkpoint:
  • Macau SAR residents, Holders of Chinese travel permits for Hong Kong and Macau, Holders of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Cards
  • *Those who do not fall into the above categories or are under 18 years old (without accompanying adult passengers) will need to disembark at the checkpoint. To avoid inconveniencing other passengers, the vehicle will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Guarantee Policy

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a full non-refundable advance payment for the total room cost, including any applicable tax and service charge at the time of reservation via a valid credit card or designated form of e-payment.

Cancellation Policy

• No amendment or cancellation will be accepted for bookings under this promotional rate. The non-refundable advance payment will be forfeited for any cancellation or no-show.
